INSIGHTS is a quarterly newsletter by the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University. The newsletter was started with the aim to share insights about the service landscape in Singapore, discuss topical issues and explore the influence of emerging trends on customer experience delivery and changing customer expectations.
